Items that must be included in the plan. Make sure everything is included because if your plan is returned to you for revisions, you will need to pay $200 to submit it for re-review. In addition, you will need to make sure you include the E&S Checklist below within your plan.
Make sure this checklist is included in your plan. It WILL be returned to you for revisions if it is not filled out completely and included in the plan. Revisions require a $200 resubmission fee.
Standard Erosion & Sediment Control plan may be used in place of detailed E&S Plan if all conditions are met.
