For a Single Family Plan E&S Review for 30,000 Sq Ft or less disturbance. If your plan calls for more than 30,000 Sq Ft, you will need to add an additional $75 for each increment of 30,000 Sq Ft. The first 30,000 Sq Ft is included in the basic Single Family Permit fee. Do not add this to your cart unless you have more than 30,000 Sq Ft. This is only for Single Family homes.
