Residential Single Family

Below is a list of resources that may help you with your plan. Please read over them carefully. Please be advised that the number one thing that requires Revisions, and therefore attributes to a Revisions fee, is lack of the “Sediment and Control Plan Review Checklist” (Second item below). The checklist needs to be filled out and included with EVERY plan. Going over the checklist will allow you to see if something is missing. If it is, address it before submitting your plan. If we have to send your plan back, it will incur a Revision Review fee of $200, as the plan will need to be reviewed again once the corrections are made. This will cost you both time and expense. If you have addressed everything on the checklist in your plan and submitted the checklist itself as part of the plan, and there is still a revision needed that is not your fault, the fee may be waived as determined appropriate.

Items that must be included in the plan. Make sure everything is included because if your plan is returned to you for revisions, you will need to pay $200 to submit it for re-review. In addition, you will need to make sure you include the E&S Checklist below within your plan.

Make sure this checklist is included in your plan. It WILL be returned to you for revisions if it is not filled out completely and included in the plan. Revisions require a $200 resubmission fee.
